What counts as an order?

An order is counted when a customer completes a purchase on your store. Each order includes comprehensive tracking and attribution processing. Orders are counted regardless of subsequent refunds, as the tracking work has already been performed.

What happens if I exceed my order limit?

If you exceed your included orders, you'll be charged a small overage fee per extra order (Starter: $0.20, Growth: $0.12, Scale: $0.05). Your tracking continues uninterrupted.

Can I change plans later?

Yes! You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. Changes take effect immediately.
